Cardio Salsa/Mambo

 

This course is designed for the non-dancer and the beginning Latin Dancer.  It provides a good physical workout and a good foundation for those who are interested in taking regular Latin Dance Classes.  The class is structured similar to the traditional aerobics class by utilizing a "follow the leader" approach of instruction, with continuous body motion.

 

Course Description:

This course features stretches, isolations, and open work moves in Merengue, Cha Cha, Salsa/Mambo, and Bolero.

 

Student's Performance Objectives:

Get a good workout through continuous body motion and learn basic steps with some variations in Merengue, Cha Cha, Salsa/Mambo. and Bolero Rhythms.
